Definition of Silicone Hoses

Silicone hose is made primarily of high-purity silicone rubber, often reinforced with polyester or aramid materials to increase its strength and durability. It can withstand higher pressure and temperature compared to normal hoses and it is usually used in the intake duct of a turbocharged engine, heater, inlet, and outlet in coolant, and radiator systems.

Length of Silicone Hoses

Straight Coupler: 76 to 1000 mm
Elbow Hose: 102,125 or 152 mm
Hump Hose: 125 or 152 mm
Reducer Hose:
Straight reducer length is 76 or 1000 mm, also length can be customized.
Elbow reducer length is 102,125 or 152 mm, and can be customized.
Hump reducer length is 125 or 152 mm, and can be customized.
T-shape Silicone Hoses: one straight is 51 mm and the other is 76 mm.

Thickness

Thickness of silicone hoses are 3.5 mm, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm.

Types of Silicone Hoses

Straight Coupler Hose: It usually includes two kinds of straight coupler silicone hoses. One is a normal straight coupler hose, the length is 76mm. The other is also called a one-meter straight coupler, the length is 1000 mm.
Hump Hose: It includes single-hump silicone hoses and multi-hump hoses which are usually used by 2 humps with 3 rings. We also can customize the hump hoses for customer’s requirements.
Elbow Silicone Hoses: It usually includes 45-degree elbow hoses, 90-degree elbow hoses, 135-degree elbow hoses, and 180-degree elbow hoses that can meet different requirements for engine components bends and flow connections.
Reducer Silicone Hoses: It usually includes a straight reducer, elbow reducer, and hump reducer.
T-shape Silicone Hoses: The shape is like the English letter “T”, it has one inlet and two outlets.
Silicone Vacuum Hoses: It is normally used in the industrial field, automotive, medical, and food processing equip ment fields.
