Silicone Heater Hoses

Silicone Heater Hose

Silicone heater hose is a type of vacuum hose with 1 or 2 layers of polyester or aramid for reinforcement and can resist high temperatures up to 315°C. 1 meter silicone heater hose is a straight coupler hose.

Benefits

Engine Heating: The heater hose sends the high-temperature coolant from the engine to the heater core, which heats the air through circulation and finally sends it to the cabin, keeping it in a warm environment.
Clean Ice and Snow: The liquid from the heat pipe is converted into hot air and blown to the front windshield by the air conditioner, which increases the temperature of the windshield and melts the ice and snow.
Engine Protection: The heater hose can transfer excess heat from the engine to prevent the engine from overheating. The engine generates a lot of heat during operation, and this heat is transferred to the radiator through the heating hose to achieve the purpose of cooling.
Vibration Absorption: Heater hoses are made of silicone that can absorb vibrations when the engine starts. Low Cost: Heater hoses are cheap and replace for low cost.

Types & Applications

Silicone Duct Hose

Silicone Duct Hose

It’s made of silicone rubber and is extremely flexible, lightweight and spring, designed for hot & cold air intake with steel-wired reinforcement.

Heater Core Hose

Heater Core Hose

It’s a type of radiator coolant hose that connects to the heater core and is a part of the cooling system.

Turbocharger

Turbo Charger

A turbo charger consists of a compressor wheel and exhaust gas turbine wheel, installed together by a solid shaft that is used to increase the power of engine.

EPDM Hoses

Rubber EPDM Hoses

EPDM is a type of durable rubber material that can resist acids and caustic elements and is used for fuel lines and water for car engines.

Heater Hose Fittings

Heater Hose Fittings

The joiner for hoses is made of steel or aluminum and designed for connecting of hoses. Sizes can be customized by clients' requirement.

Silicone-Vacuum-Hose

Vacuum Hose Line

It’s also called a silicone vacuum tube and is widely used for coolant overflow and breather hoses.

Heater Inlet & Outlet Hose

The inlet hose and outlet hose are used to connect the heater core. The inlet hose carry hot coolant from the engine to the heater core and the outlet makes coolant exit the heater hose and return to the engine and recycled.
